Four people were killed and eight others were injured after a gunman opened fire in Turkey's Mersin province.
The shooting reportedly began at a restaurant, and the suspect, who is reported to be a 17-year-old youth, then drove away.
Police have launched a large-scale operation to capture the gunman.
Turkish media reports say two people were killed in the restaurant and it is believed they were the owner and an employee.
The gunman then continued shooting, killing a shepherd grazing his sheep in the area and a truck driver./TCH
