Former legendary Azzurri midfielder, Gennaro Gattuso, will be the new coach of the Italian national team.
The news was confirmed by renowned Italian journalist Fabrizio Romano, who announced in a post that the agreement has been reached and Gattuso will be made official next week.
Gattuso's appointment as Italy coach comes at a critical moment for "La Nazionale", which has a clear mission ahead of it: returning to the "2026" World Cup, after missing out on the last edition.
