The only goal of the match was scored in the seventh minute, when Lemina scored after an assist from Osimhen.
Until the end, Liverpool tried to score the equalizer and achieved it in the 72nd minute, but Van Dijk's goal was disallowed due to handball, after a VAR review.
The return match is played next Wednesday at Anfield, where the team that advances to the quarterfinals will be determined.
