The Ministry of Industry, Entrepreneurship, Trade and Innovation has announced that the ceiling price allowed for oil today is 1.89 euros per liter.

Global markets reported a significant drop in oil prices following the two-week ceasefire announced between the US and Iran.

Ministry announcement:

Based on the decision of MINTI, dated 05.04.2026 on the maximum allowed prices for petroleum products for 08.04.2026:

Oil (diesel): 1.89 euros/liter;

Gasoline: 1.46 euros/liter;

Gas: 0.77 euros/liter.
