Unlike most of the Formula 1 drivers who paraded on the red carpet of the premiere of the film "F1" with Brad Pitt, Kimi Antonelli was absent - for a solid reason: he was at school, taking his matriculation exams.
The 18-year-old Italian pilot, one of the most promising talents of the new generation, has just completed his first written exam at the "Salvemini" high school in Casalecchio.
With a smile and calmness, he stopped to speak to reporters after the exam:
"I was quite nervous, but I did my best and I think it went well", said Antonelli.
He indicated that he had chosen to write on the topic of current events, with the keyword "respect".
For the night before the exam? "We listened to Venditti with friends and celebrated Virtus' championship", he revealed, reports tch.
Meanwhile, on the runway, Antonelli is also in the spotlight.
Just a few days ago, he managed to climb to the podium at the Canadian Grand Prix, alongside his Mercedes teammate George Russell and reigning World Champion Max Verstappen.
