Fluminense did not give up and regained the lead.
In the 70th minute, Hercules made it 2-1 with an assist from Samuel Xavier.
The Brazilian team managed to maintain this lead until the end, to advance to the semi-finals, where they await the winner of the duel between Chelsea and Palmeiras.
