SDSM, through its anti-corruption team (AKT), published, as they said, the network of businesses of Hristijan Mickoski in the energy sector. At today's press conference, member of the SDSM Executive Council Jon Fërçkoski said that the network extends from offshore companies, through regional business partners to the placement of close people in key positions in state institutions. According to him, these are relations directly related to the electricity business, reports Portalb.mk.
"Look at this octopus. Mickoski is at the top anyway. But, we are starting from a name that Mickoski does not want to talk about – Dusan Adamovic. Mickoski appointed him honorary consul in Serbia, while he was away for 15 days to give an answer about their connection. Through Adamovic, an official of the Progressive Party of Serbia – a sister party of VMRO, we come to the offshore company from Cyprus, from where the unraveling of this business-energy mess begins. From the offshore structure, in Cyprus is the company 'Altaria Research Limited', which leads to 'Rudnap Group', an energy holding of Serbian businessman Vojin Lazarevic", said Frčkoski.
According to him, this scheme involves direct connections with the Government and Prime Minister Mickoski, through the Minister of Energy, Sanja Bozhinovska.
"Here Mickoski also has one of his own - the Minister of Energy Sanja Bozhinovska, who is directly connected to the 'Rudnap Group' and the head of 'Rudnap' SHPK Skopje. The circle between business interests in energy and political positions was also rounded off by the placement of other people in key positions. In the Development Bank, Mickoski appoints the wife of his partner in hydropower plants, Emilija Dimovska. Every business needs a bank. In REK Bitola, the largest energy producer, Ivan Kukovski - close to Mickoski's family and former advisor to Bozhinovska - is appointed director. Why is REK important? Because when less electricity is produced, Macedonia has to import more expensive electricity from abroad," he added.
Frčkoski warned that in the coming period they will discover new segments, which open new lines of connectivity.
"Adamovic is a partner with 'Rudnap', whose owner is Vojin Lazarević. 'Rudnap' is also a partner with 'Al Dahra', a company that is connected to the 'Belgrade on Water' project. There was talk of such a project 'Skopje on Water' in Macedonia. But we will find out more about this segment of the network. This network will initially be dismantled," said Frčkoski.
