"Fill up with gas? No, no. Why? Because they don't allow you to fill up in a can, but you have to take a tractor to the gas station," said Stojan Zafirovski - Farmer.

This is a problem faced by farmers who say that the current rules for the supply of diesel make their work difficult. They say that the rule of moving tractors to the fuel pumps causes them to waste time, additional expenses and delays in carrying out agricultural work, especially during this period when it is the planting season.

I'll have to go by tractor and it's far, I'll spend more going there and back than for work. They'd rather give it to you in a can. (0:37 –0:50) "And now you're going to the field? Yes. Are you going to start plowing the land? Yes, yes, and also for the irrigation pumps for 95, they don't give fuel and how can I do it, I'll have to send the irrigation pump there," said Stojan Zafirovski - Farmer.

An additional problem for farmers is the possible increase in fuel prices. They say that institutions should intervene and help them, as any delay would cause an increase in the price of the country's agricultural products.

Prices are rising everywhere, and of course it will happen here too, and then it goes in turn, even agricultural products because there are expenses. So it becomes more expensive in a linear way, said Stojan Zafirovski - Farmer.

In addition to fuel costs for farmers, fertilizer prices also affect the price of the final product.
