Major Getoar Rexhepi, at the 27th National Karate Championship for cadet, junior, U21 and senior ages held in the Republic of Albania, has managed to be declared National Karate Champion.
The competition held at the "Asllan Rusi" Sports Palace, where about 80 athletes participated in two different disciplines, kata and kumite, as well as about 20 teams from all over Albania, in a strong competition, given the high level of athletes, both in the kata discipline (demonstrations) and in the kumite discipline (matches), Major Rexhepi was declared the National Champion of Albania in the National Karate Championship for 2026.
This activity constitutes the main event at the national level for the sport of karate.
The achievement of the major shows the preparation, discipline and tireless work of our military personnel, not only in their duties in the KSF but also in sporting activities, where achievements are always of the highest level.
