Young Cell Scheme Program Summary
The Young Cell Scheme, the joint EU-Kosovo postgraduate scholarship programme for Kosovo citizens, continues to support higher education opportunities for young professionals, fostering academic excellence and strengthening Kosovo's future leadership capacity through EU-funded education.
Beneficiaries will have the opportunity to pursue fully funded Master’s degree programs at universities in EU member states in various fields, including European integration and policy planning, law, economics, digitalization, engineering and other academic fields. After completing their studies, all beneficiaries will work in the Kosovo civil service for three years. By engaging in the civil service, the program helps to effectively use the knowledge gained in Kosovo.
