Former advisor to NATO Force Commander Wesley Clark, John Duncan, is continuing his testimony at the Special Tribunal in The Hague.

During the day, he was asked questions about various figures from the war in Kosovo.

Duncan was also asked about former Kosovo MP from the PDK, Xhavit Haliti.

On this occasion, when Xhavit Haliti was introduced, Duncan stated that he was a person of special interest to them.

In the photo shown of Halit with some of the KLA commanders, Duncan initially said that a very sensitive issue was being entered into and that it was about a person of particular interest to them.

"I know who this gentleman is, and he is a person of particular interest to us, he has been, but I'm not sure I'm prepared or able to find out who he was," Duncan said.

-Part of the statement-If we can now move on to a picture… This gentleman in the blue and black striped shirt, who is he?

We have entered a sensitive area..

I know who this gentleman is, and he is a person of particular interest to us, he has been, but I am not sure if I am prepared or able to find out who he was.

Witness, would it help if we went into private session so I could ask you this question?

I doubt it.

Witness, yesterday you were talking about Xhavit Haliti. This is Xhavit Haliti, right?

He is not the gentleman I was told was Xhavit Haliti, who was at the meeting in Tirana.

After that, the witness requested that the hearing be moved to private session to tell more about Halit.

In addition, Duncan was again shown a photograph of Xhavit Haliti, where he is described as the man in a blue and black shirt, and asked why some had changed their clothes and others had not.

Duncan stated that it was a war zone and that they had not gone to a five-star hotel.
