When it comes to internet speed, Europe has some of the fastest internet connections in the world.
In a ranking published by Cable, the top ten is dominated by European countries.
With a speed of 264.5 Mbps, the island of Jersey has the fastest internet in the world, followed by Liechtenstein (246.8).
The top of the global ranking contains many micro-states. E If we exclude them, then Iceland (229.4 Mbps), France (152.5 (Mbps)) and the Netherlands (142.5 Mbps) have the fastest internet in Europe.
On the other hand, Turkey (24.8 Mbps), Albania (25.4 Mbps) and Croatia (25.7 Mbps) have the slowest internet in Europe.
