The Kosovo Olympic Committee (KOK) announced the best for 2025 on Friday night, with Distria Krasniqi and Akil Gjakova winning the main awards.
Judokas Distria Krasniqi and Akil Gjakova have been chosen as the best athletes in Kosovo for 2025.
Distria was unrivaled thanks to the European title and the world silver medal.
Meanwhile, Akili has distinguished himself among Olympic athletes, thanks to his seventh place in Europe and second place in the Paris Grand Slam.
Also uncontested was Driton Kuka, who was declared the best coach of the year.
The A national football team for men and the U17 women's team were selected as the national teams of 2025.
"Special Awards" were awarded to Laura Fazliu and Astrit Hasani, president of the European Weightlifting Federation.
