The handover ceremony took place at the Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and Rural Development, where the acting minister, Imri Demelezi, officially handed over the task to the new minister, Armend Muja.
During the ceremony, Minister Demelezi informed Muja about the main developments in the agricultural sector, the reforms undertaken and the projects and support programs implemented during the four-year mandate, with particular emphasis on increasing subsidies, investments in rural infrastructure and support for farmers and agro-processors.
The new minister, Armend Muja, thanked Demelez for his contribution and committed to advancing agricultural and development policies.
"I thank Minister Demelezi for his work and dedication. I will do my utmost to ensure that agricultural and development policies advance further, strengthening the agricultural sector. Our priority will be sustainable support for local production, modernization of the sector and development of concrete projects that directly impact the well-being of rural areas," said Muja.
