In March 2024, a source told PEOPLE that they had been engaged “for years,” although they were in no rush to get married.
Dakota has previously spoken about her relationship with Martin's two children from his marriage to Gwyneth Paltrow: Moses and Apple, who are now 19 and 21. She said: "I love those kids like my life depends on them."
