Stephen Curry scored 37 points as the Golden State Warriors defeated LeBron James and the Los Angeles Lakers 123-116, securing a decisive victory in the big Western Conference clash on Thursday.
Curry – who scored 52 points in the Warriors' win over Memphis on Tuesday – delivered another outstanding performance, shining especially in the third quarter and ending the Lakers' hopes of a comeback.

For the Lakers, the leader was 40-year-old LeBron James with 33 points, while Austin Reaves gave an impressive performance with 31 points, including nine three-pointers in an incredibly tense end to the game.
The win moves Golden State closer to securing an automatic playoff spot, moving them up to fifth place with a 45-31 record. The Lakers remain in fourth place at 46-30, just behind the Denver Nuggets, who are third at 47-30.
