A witness called by the defense of former President Hashim Thaçi has continued his testimony in The Hague.
On the second day, former UNMIK Deputy Head Jock Covey is being questioned by the Prosecution.
He was asked by the Prosecutor about the role of Azem Syla and Sokol Bashota in the KLA.
Prosecutor: Do you know about the roles of Azem Syla and Sokol Bashota?
Covey: "NO," he answered briefly.
The former UNMIK number two was also asked about a prisoner exchange case.
Prosecutor: Have you heard of a prisoner exchange case that took place in January 1999?
He answered no again.
"Let me add that at that time I was not involved, I was working at the Defense University. I was working on a book that would be used by future officers," Covey said.
