Global pop star Jennie of the popular Korean group Blackpink has introduced a new collaboration with the Beats brand, bringing a special version of the "Beats Solo 4 - JENNIE Special Edition" headphones in Onyx Black.
The news comes just seven months after she made her first collaboration with Beats, where a red model sold out in less than 24 hours.
“We always knew that my first launch with Beats was just the beginning of the story,” Jennie said. “This second chapter represents my personal evolution and self-discovery. I wanted to create something that was both powerful and personal, and I’m so excited for the public to experience this new journey through these elegant headphones.”
To accompany the launch, Beats has also released a promotional video, featuring a new song by Jennie.
At first glance, the headphones look like a classic over-ear model, but the design contains special details. They come with two decorative black bows, located on both sides, which can be removed according to the user's preference. One of the ear cushions is decorated with symbols inspired by the artist's music, while the package also includes a transport bag in the same color.
In terms of performance, Beats says the headphones use an improved acoustic architecture to deliver more powerful sound. They also support personalized spatial audio with dynamic head tracking, creating a more immersive experience when listening to music, movies, or games.
Another strong point is the battery autonomy, which reaches up to 50 hours of use on a single charge, while just 10 minutes of charging can provide up to 5 additional hours of listening.
The “Beats Solo 4 – JENNIE Special Edition” model in Onyx Black goes on sale on April 24, priced at $199.99 (or pounds, depending on the market), starting at 09:00 AM in the US and 16:00 PM in the UK.
