European Front MP and DUI vice president, Blerim Bexheti, says that Izet Mexhiti does not believe in victory and therefore will not resign from the post of deputy prime minister.
He says that Mejhit does not respect the will of the people.
"Mexhiti has declared that only if he is elected mayor, he will hand over the post of First Deputy Prime Minister to someone else, specifically Bekim Sali. This statement speaks clearly: He does not believe in victory! And worse, he does not respect the verdict of the people! Because, if he had a sincere belief that he would win, he would resign today," Bexheti writes on his Facebook profile.
