Bayern Munich continued their march towards the Bundesliga title by defeating Borussia Mönchengladbach 4-1 at the Allianz Arena.
Bayern started the match well and took the lead when Luis Díaz scored after an assist from Leon Goretzka.
The Bavarians then increased the pressure and scored the second goal before the break, when Díaz assisted for Konrad Laimer who scored for 2-0.
However, goalkeeper Manuel Neuer was substituted at half-time due to a physical discomfort.
In the second half, the game was decided when Rocco Reitz was sent off for a foul on Nicolas Jackson.
From the penalty spot, Jamal Musiala scored for 3-0. Bayern also scored the fourth goal when Jackson deflected a ball inside the area.
Gladbach managed to score the consolation goal at the end with Wael Mohya, who became the club's youngest goalscorer in the Bundesliga.
This was the fifth consecutive championship win for Bayern, who now have a 14-point lead at the top of the table./Express newspaper/
