Visar Azemi from the Democratic League of Kosovo (LDK) said that after the scandal with the electric meters began, they have started to be replaced.
Azemi said that this is concealment of evidence, which constitutes a criminal offense.
He said that the meters should be investigated in independent laboratories.
"After we discovered the scandal with the electric meters, investigations have begun. But instead of preserving the evidence, KEDS and the Ministry are replacing the old meters and risking concealing the manipulations. Concealing evidence is a criminal offense. The meters should be investigated in independent laboratories, not by those suspected of theft," he said. /Gazeta Express
