Prime Minister Albin Kurti's advisor, Jeton Zulfaj, has commented again on the issue of the presidential election through a Facebook post. In his post, Zuflaj, addressing the opposition parties, said that they should participate in the vote.
Kurti's advisor has accused the opposition of aiming to create a deadlock.
Otherwise, the Constitutional Court has taken a measure through which it has prohibited any action by the Assembly.
Zulfaj's post:
Last year, when we didn't have the votes, the opposition stayed in the hall and voted against to block it.
Now, when we have the votes, but a quorum is required, the opposition does not come to the hall with the same purpose: to block.
So, blocking is the goal.
Votes are not being sought to elect the president, but to stay in the hall.
Let them vote against, but let them participate.
