Professor and academic, Arsim Bajrami, has said that Kosovo should change the Constitution and have the country's president elected by the citizens.
Bajrami made these statements in an interview with RTK, while speaking about the problematic process of electing the president in the Kosovo Assembly.
He said that there is always a need for a political agreement to secure enough votes to elect a new president, and according to him, it is high time to change the Constitution.
