PDK MP Artan Behrami said that the ruling party has not been ready for dialogue and compromise and in order to "maintain dominance, it has been able to violate the Constitution."

The dominance of one political party in Kosovo has shown that it has not been a solution and has not offered stability," Behrami said in Pressing, according to Express.
