The State Commission for the Prevention of Corruption (SCPC) in today's session did not prove a conflict of interest between the director of the Service for General and Joint Works (SHPP), Ivica Tomovski, and the company "Siti Outsourcing", which the opposition SDSM claimed was owned by his father and that it received tenders from state institutions.
The procedure conducted by the Anti-Corruption Commission has been interrupted.
Sofija Spasovska-Medarska, a member of the CPPCC, says that in the past there was a connection between the current director's family members and that company, but at the moment such a connection does not exist.
"There is neither ownership nor management relationship between the official or a member of his family. The electronic public procurement system shows that there is no data on contracts concluded between the aforementioned company and the institution managed by the official," said Spasovska-Medarska.
