For the first time in history, Kosovo will be represented at the World Games, which will be held from August 7 to 17, 2025 in Chengdu, China.
It is triathlon athlete Albion Ymeri, who has secured qualification thanks to his world ranking in the duathlon discipline.
Chengdu 2025 will feature 34 sports, with the participation of around 5,000 athletes from 117 qualified countries.
The World Games, known as the "World Games", are organized every four years by the International World Games Association (IWGA).
These Games include only non-Olympic disciplines, with the aim of promoting and developing sports that are not part of the official program of the Olympic Games.
