Albania's Minister for Europe and Foreign Affairs, Elisa Spiropali, has congratulated Albin Kurti on his re-election as Prime Minister, Albulena Haxhiu as Speaker of Parliament, and Glauk Konjufca as Foreign Minister.
She said that Kosovo is an inseparable part of our national heart, adding that Albania will stand by Kosovo.
