After 29 days of disappearance, the body of Jurgen Karaj, 30, from the village of Fullqet i Klosit, was found. The body was located about 30 kilometers from the scene of the accident.
The car in which Karaj was travelling with his friend Andi Losha had an accident and ended up in the stream in the village of Darsë, Klos. It is suspected that he was swept away by the current on January 10.
Since the day of the accident, the search in the river has been ongoing. Dozens of forces from the Third Battalion of the Burrel Infantry Division, family members and other structures have been on the ground. Teams from Kosovo with special tools and equipment have also participated in the operation.
The entire Mat River basin has been searched several times, but the 30-year-old's body has not been found so far. /EuronewsAlbania/
