The Chairman of the Democratic League of Kosovo, Lumir Abdixhiku, has submitted his regular annual asset declaration, which the Agency for the Prevention of Corruption has begun publishing today.
According to the declared data, Abdixhiku has added two real estate properties this year compared to last year. Among them is a flat worth around 120 thousand euros, registered in the name of his wife and inherited from his parents. He has also declared another flat owned by his wife, worth 100 thousand euros, also inherited.
The list of assets also includes a house in co-ownership worth 200 thousand euros, as well as another apartment purchased with a bank loan worth 265 thousand euros, also declared as joint property. Also included is a 200 m² house, inherited and valued at around 150 thousand euros.
Regarding movable property, he has declared a 2019 Mercedes-Benz car, worth around 25 thousand euros, owned by his wife.
In terms of shares, his wife is listed with 25% ownership in the company "AMPERA GROUP", without declaring their financial value.
In his bank accounts, Abdixhiku reported 386 euros in savings, as well as 4,915.36 euros in salary income, while his wife declared 4,293.40 euros from salary and savings.
Regarding liabilities, he has declared a home renovation loan with a balance of 32,502 euros and a home purchase loan with a balance of 126,020.40 euros.
In annual income, Abdixhiku reported 19,904 euros from his position as a member of parliament and 24 thousand euros from his engagement at Riinvest College.
