LDK leader and candidate for prime minister, Lumir Abdixhiku, has provided details from his visit to Dragash, held together with presidential candidate, Vjosa Osmani.
He said that the visit was carried out in the remote village of Bellobrad in Dragash, in southern Kosovo; "among the residents who welcomed us with great enthusiasm."
"A while ago, when I was in this village, they told me to drink the water from the spring near the mosque. They told me that that water brings blessings; and that it brings you back to this place."
"I'm back. This time with Vjosa," Abdixhiku declared.
"This time we talked about tourism, water, infrastructure, and the attention that these areas have lacked for many years. But above all, we felt the warmth of the people who, even from afar, have never given up," he writes.
"Thank you for the warm welcome; for your unconditional support and for accompanying us on our journey. We will be back again. Because we drank the spring water again," he concludes.
