Police have announced that a person has been arrested on suspicion of falsifying documents for AKP properties and transferring them from state property to private property, which he then sold by deceiving the buyers.
"DOCUMENT FORGERY & LEGALIZATION OF FALSE CONTENT & FRAUD & UNLAWFUL WEAPON HOLDING - Prishtina / 2021-2024. On 01.11.2025, the Kosovar male suspect was arrested on suspicion of having committed the above-mentioned criminal offenses. The documents are suspected of being forged in connection with the properties involved that were under the management of the KPA, which properties through forged documents the suspect in complicity with other persons managed to forge the documents that in the transfer and legalization procedures they transferred from state property to private ownership, then sold them by deceiving the buyers and from this money they benefited from large financial sums. Searches were carried out in a house, three apartments and two garages where various documents related to forgeries were confiscated as well as equipment used for forging documents. During the operation, a pistol with "103 cartridges, a mobile phone, a Rolex watch and a Rolex wrist chain. The suspect, after being interviewed by the prosecutor, was taken into custody."
