On 06.02.2026, at 17:20 in Skopje, police officers from the Skopje Police Station deprived the person AV (35) from Skopje of his liberty.
The arrest was made following a preliminary complaint dated 04.02.2026, according to which AV, in the period from 18.12.2025 to 04.02.2026, at a point of sale in the Bit Pazar area where he was employed as a manager, on several occasions took money from the cash register without authorization.
With these actions, he caused damage to the legal entity in the amount of 2.783.867 denars.
After the case is fully documented, the relevant charges will follow under Article 239 "Concealing" (embezzlement) and Article 235 "Theft" of the Criminal Code.
