According to the Police:
"The investigative actions resulted in the fact that citizen LC had deceived his father, citizen BC, by telling him that he had been kidnapped and that a sum of euros was required for his release. Citizen BK was caught red-handed in neighborhood no. 16 of the city of Durrës, asking citizen BC for the sum of money, claiming that it would serve for the release of his son."
At the height of the “rescue negotiations,” police intervened and arrested Kipti as he was demanding the money from the 28-year-old’s father. Camema himself was found about 100 meters from the scene and was immediately arrested.
Investigations revealed that two days before the fraud scheme, Camema had taken his father's vehicle and allegedly sold it.
Both people will face charges for the criminal offense of "Fraud", committed in collaboration.
