Court of Appeals decides in favour of the Devolli to receive €25 million from Kosovo Telekom

The Court of Appeals rejected as unfounded the appeal of Telecom of Kosovo against the decision of the first instance court that left in force the execution order for an amount of about €25 million, which Telekom of Kosovo is obliged to pay to Dardafon.net company, owner of Z-Mobile.

The Basic Court in Pristina, in July of this year, had partially approved the objection of Telekom of Kosovo, thus revoking the order for the execution of the bailiff Ilir Mulhaxha, for the amount of €315,996.

Against this decision of the first instance, an appeal was filed by the Telekom of Kosovo due to allegations that the first instance had violated the provisions of the enforcement procedure and had erroneously applied the law.

Telekom had proposed to the Court of Appeals to approve the complaint and return the matter to the first instance for restitution.

However, the judge of this case in the Appeal and President of the Court of Appeals, Hasan Shala, with the decision taken on 8 October, 2020, has rejected the appeal of Telekom as unfounded. /GazetaExpress/
