Serbian prime minister, Ana Brnabic, has arrived in Madrid when she met acting Spanish Foreign Minister, Josep Borell, to discuss Kosovo-Serbia dialogue, after Borell is expected to succeed Federica Mogherini as EU High Representative and facilitator of dialogue on normalisation of relations between Pristina and Belgrade, Gazeta Express reports.

“I expect a friendly dialogue, when one of the main topics would be mutual relations and resumption of dialogue with Pristina,” Brnabic said according to media in Belgrade. Brnabic said that she will discuss with Borell  on the agreements reached so far and their implementation. She accused Pristina of failing to implement the agreements reached during the EU-facilitated dialogue in Brussels. When commenting on resumption of dialogue which has stalled since the beginning of 2019, Brnabic said that there will be no resumption of dialogue as long as the 100 percent tax on Serbian goods, introduced by Kosovo Government, remains into force. Kosovo Government introduced in November 2018 a 100 percent tax in all Serbian imports answering Belgrade’s aggressive campaign against Kosovo’s statehood. /GazetaExpress/
