Balkans Mini-Schengen serves only to Serbia’s interests, Kosovo Minister

Kosovo Minister of the European Integration, Blerim Reka, called as failed the project on Balkans Mini-Schengen. He said the idea serves only to Serbia’s interests.

Reka said the idea was launched by Serbian President Aleksandar Vucic after it became obvious his previous idea on change of borders was falling apart. Reka during an interview with KTV said the Mini-Schengen serves only to Serbia’s interests who want through Kosovo highways gain easy access to Albania’s port of Durres.

“I think this idea will fail. After what happened in Montenegro, I do not believe this country will join this process. I am also not convinced the EU and US have supported the idea,” Reka said. /GazetaExpress/
