A spokesperson of the Colmar Court in France told Serb media that they received no complete documentation from Belgrade related to former Kosovo Liberation Army (KLA) commander, Ramush Haradinaj.
The Court of Appeals in Colmar will decide on Ramush Haradinaj’s case after receiving full documentation from Belgrade, Gazeta Express reports. This is what the spokeswoman of the Court, Sandra Di Rosa, told Belgrade-based media noting that Serbia shoult send them in addition to the request on extradition, also acts of launching investigations and other evidence against Haradinaj.
Ramush Haradinaj was arrested on 4 January in France on Serbia’s international warrant for allegedly committing war crimes. The Court in Colmar released Haradinaj on bail pending documents from Serbia. However Haradinaj was ordered not to leave France and appear at the police twice a week. /Express/
